Five new directors of Sunny Beach

Joint-stock company of Sunny Beach is now a new executive board. The decision was taken at a general meeting of shareholders.
75 per cent stake in the resort has state through the Ministry of Economy, Energy and Tourism and the rest are owned by small shareholders.
Five are new names board of directors - Maria Mihaleva, Sonia Enilova, Constantine Lefterov, municipal councilor in Nessebar, Zlatko Dimitrov, deputy governor, and Ivo Marinov - Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Economy, Energy and Tourism.
Current direction of Sunny Beach AD with CEO Malina Stratieva manages more than nine years.
